Standard Costs of Project Work

As at March 2007, the usual hourly rate is $100 per hour for consultancy. This rate applies for most projects, documentation and management tasks such as internal reviews, scope applications, RPL, evaluations, submissions and reporting.

Clients can choose to be invoiced for the documented time taken to achieve the outcomes or negotiate a set fee for an initial outcome, and renegotiate if they require additional work.

Additional Costs

Additional charges will always be discussed in advance if they involve travel, purchasing of resources and other consumables.

Negotiated Fees for Not-for-Profit Organisations

Non-profit organisations are invited to negotiate a reasonable level of payment commensurate with their funding allocation.

Pro bono publico

Under circumstances of special need, pro bono work may be negotiated.
